✅ Importance of DEA 1.1 – DEA 1.1 is highly immunogenic: mismatched transfusion may cause acute hemolytic reactions (RBC destruction within 12h), hyperbilirubinemia, delayed reactions; pregnancy (mating with DEA 1.1+ male) also triggers risks (~25% cases)

✅ Test Procedure： 
Prepare materials: Let test device/specimen recover to 15–25°C; take out test card from pouch.
Mix sample: Add 1–2 drops of whole blood (EDTA/heparin) into assay buffer and mix well.
Add sample: Drop 2 drops of diluted sample into the test card’s sample hole.
Read result: Interpret in 5–10 minutes (results after 10 minutes are invalid).
